What's inside?
Inside are three sets of cards: CONCEPTS, PROCESSES, and TOOLS. The reverse side of the cards can be used as a metaphorical deck.
CONCEPTS
Concepts and ideas that are the basis of the facilitator's skill. These cards help to better understand the essence of the group process, to achieve a more informed interaction between the facilitator and the group and among the group members.
PROCESSES
Stages of working with a group, starting from formulating a request to closing group work. These cards can be used when designing a session as a designer, according to the goals and request.
TOOLS
Group work organization tools for different stages of the group process. You can use them as inspiration when designing your own session.
METAPHORICAL CARDS
The image on the back of the cards can be used as a visual aid to help you or the participants:
- explain an abstract concept;
- express your thoughts;
- describe feelings, states, etc.
PICTURES OF SPOTS
The set contains 6 cards with blue spots, from 1 to 6. These can be used to determine the sequence (for example, in which sequence the small groups will present the results of their work).
BAG
The design of the bag was developed specifically for Syntra. It can be used as a card holder or as a pouch for facilitator trinkets.
It has a removable lace.
In the cards and instructions, we use the concept without the addition of feminine roles (no feminines), but we mean that they can be occupied by women, men and non-binary individuals.
